Morfa Bychan is a village approx 2 miles from Porthmadog in Gwynedd, North Wales, Black Rock Sands Beach is located here.

    The village is very popular in the Summer months with both day visitors and holiday makers, with 2 large caravan sites and several smaller ones located within the village, there are also several sites catering for tourers and camping.

    The village has a local Spar shop which has just been rebuilt, it has a very large selection of goods including an extensive off licence and a Post Office within the shop, there is also a new shop next door to the Spar which at the moment sells beachwear, beach toys and hardware, adjacent to the shop there is also a Fish & Chip shop.
